767 Property Sold to Red Tree Builders

The 26-acre property at 767 New Haw Creek Road was recently acquired by a family-owned LLC, with Brandon Bryant of Alair Asheville | Red Tree overseeing renovation, stewardship, and long-term planning for the property.

According to their press release, the immediate focus will be on renovating three existing homes, addressing deferred maintenance, and restoring portions of the property. The owners are also evaluating potential future uses for the remaining acreage, including concepts related to wellness, walking connections, gardens, and restoration of wetlands and stream areas.

The property has also been associated with Asheville’s music and arts community over the years. Their announcement states that the owners intend to connect with former residents and artists as they consider how to acknowledge that history.

The family plans to build relationships with neighbors and community organizations as the property’s future takes shape. “We have a mission to have a positive, sustainable impact on the community,” Bryant said. “For us, this property is an opportunity to put that mission into practice.”

Bryant proactively reached out to the Haw Creek Community Association and met informally with several board members and neighborhood residents. He shared that he leads an Asheville-based residential construction company with nearly two decades of experience building high-performance, sustainable custom homes in the region. He also shared that he intends to live on the property.

Plans for the property are still in the early stages and may evolve as the project moves forward. In his conversation with HCCA and area residents, he emphasized thoughtful residential design, responsible site planning, environmental stewardship, and sensitivity to the property's natural setting.

The company's press release is available in the Past News list below, titled "New Chapter Begins for 767 New Haw Creek Road."
